A real estate agent should post on RedNote (Xiaohongshu) what Chinese-speaking buyers and sellers read before choosing an agent: plain explanations of how buying and selling work here, neighborhood notes, open houses, and closed transactions you are allowed to share, one note every day. Dianhong (by Caliradi) writes and publishes that content for $197 one-time first-month setup, then $99 a month; ad management is not included, and Dianhong does content only, with no promise of leads, showings or closed deals.
What Chinese-speaking buyers and sellers search for
Most searches start with a city and a property type, or with a process question. Typical searches, shown in English (your notes use the Chinese wording):
- City + property: "Cupertino open house", "San Jose townhouse", "Fremont new construction"
- City + process: "buying a home in the Bay Area step by step", "selling a house in Mountain View", "New York co-op vs condo"
- Money questions: "California closing costs", "property tax explained", "what to prepare before talking to a lender"
A first-time buyer who just relocated rarely knows an agent's name; they know the city and the question.
Post types for real estate agents
- The process, explained: offer, contingencies, escrow, closing, one step per note, as general information.
- Open houses: address, date and time, price, beds and baths, photos you have the right to use.
- Neighborhood notes: parks, commute options, shopping, what is within walking distance.
- Market notes with sources: recent public sales data, dated, with no forecasts.
- Seller preparation: what to fix before listing, staging basics, how pricing conversations work.
- Just closed: transactions your clients agreed to share, without private details.
- Questions from comments: "Do I need pre-approval before touring?" becomes tomorrow's note.
- About you: areas you serve, languages, brokerage, how to reach you.
A sample 30-day posting rhythm
Daily posting starts in month two. A typical agent month:
| Days | Theme | Example notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1–7 | Who you are | Areas you serve; how you work with buyers and sellers; one recent open house |
| 8–14 | Buying explained | One step of the purchase process per day |
| 15–21 | Neighborhoods and listings | Neighborhood notes, this weekend's open houses, price changes |
| 22–30 | Selling and answers | Seller preparation, a closed transaction you may share, answers to comments |
What you send: the agent's checklist
- Listing photos you are allowed to use on social media; confirm with your photographer or brokerage
- A 20-second phone walk-through of each open house
- Your open house schedule and every price or status change
- Your license and brokerage details, exactly as they must appear in ads
- Client permission before any closed-deal post
- The cities and neighborhoods you actually serve
Pitfalls to avoid in real estate posts
- Listing posts are advertising: they must follow your local real estate advertising rules and fair-housing law, so describe the home, never who should live in it.
- Exaggerated claims. "Will sell above asking", "prices only go up", "best investment in the Bay Area". Stick to facts about the property.
- Stale or inconsistent prices. A note showing an old price, or a sold home still marked active. Send every change the day it happens.
- Images you do not own. Another agent's listing photos or pictures pulled from listing sites.
- Client details. No names, sale terms or personal stories without written permission.
What Dianhong includes for agents, and what it does not
Dianhong is the RedNote service of Caliradi LLC in Mountain View, California, with a Chinese-speaking team in the US and China. We work with agents in the Bay Area (Mountain View, San Jose, Cupertino, Fremont, San Francisco), Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Vancouver and Toronto.
Included
- Month one, $197 one time: account positioning, registration and professional-account verification help (approval is the platform's decision), profile build and one mini website with your areas, brokerage and contact details.
- From month two, $99 a month: one image-and-text note every day (30 a month) with cover, title, body and topics; keyword layout by city and category; daily account activity; same-day replies to routine comments; a weekly report. A missed day is a breach on our side.
- Terms: month to month, no annual contract, cancel any time, no hidden fees. The account is registered with your business information, and it stays yours, notes included, if you stop.
Not included
- Ad management. We explain how promoted posts work; we do not run them, and the budget stays with you.
- Promised numbers of leads, showings or closed deals. Anyone who promises you a number is not being straight with you.
- On-site shoots. You shoot with your phone from the checklist above.
FAQ
- Can Dianhong get me buyer leads from RedNote?
- Dianhong does content, not lead generation. You get one note every day, same-day replies to routine comments and a weekly report; nobody here promises leads, showings or deals.
- Who is responsible for compliance in my listing posts?
- You and your brokerage, as with any ad. Dianhong writes from the details you send, includes the license and brokerage information you provide, and keeps the wording to facts about the property.
- I serve the Bay Area and Los Angeles. Can one account cover both?
- Yes. Keywords are laid out by city and category, so notes can rotate between the areas you actually serve.
- What does RedNote content cost for a real estate agent?
- With Dianhong, $197 one time for first-month setup, then $99 a month for a note every day, month to month. Ad management is not included.
